I help couples communicate more effectively so each person feels heard, valued and appreciated. I help men resolve anger issues and relationship conflicts that can lower their quality of life. I also help adults and teenage boys that struggle with depression, PTSD, anxiety, ADHD and low self-esteem. I practice CBT, ACT and DBT. Together, we will find solutions to your struggles so you feel happier, healthier and more satisfied with life.
